  My husband and I have known Wes Farnham for a number of years when he managed Cooloola Property Maintenance and did quite a number of jobs on our property at Goomboorian. When we decided to sell our property, Wes seemed the natural choice as our real estate agent. Wes went out of his way to guarantee that we got the best offer for our property, often telling us to refuse a low offer because he knew we could get a better offer for our property. We found Wes to be a very honest and totally trust worthy agent coupled with a very professional and friendly manner, made the sale of our property stress free. I would recommend Wes to anybody who wishes to sell their property for the best price anytime.

  I would not hesitate in recommending any seller appoint Kaylene Farnham and her Tom Grady sales team when the time comes to sell your property. Kaylene did not over promise or build up my expectations. Kaylene certainly over delivered by selling my property within two weeks and achieving a sales price that I was very happy with.
