  For Telstra 4 Starts is really good but it is just this store, I avoid the one located in Centro. The staff here tend to be helpful and think outside the box to fix an issue.

  Disgusting experience going to the Telstra shop at river rd. You go there for help and get told after waiting an hour that sorry they are too busy to help. All they wanted to do was sign me up for a new phone and plan. Hellooooo already on a plan and I like my current phone. Due to this experience I went to optus and they were polite, helpful, prompt and professional. I was in and out in 5 mins and my problem was solved!!!!!!

  Poor customer service rude employees extremely difficult to resolve issues had to call customer service centre (contorl group) to get the same issues resolved that should have been fixed in store.. if i could rate it at a lower star i would gave them a minus rating
